Getting started
Vetta keeps your pet organized and gives you a calm read when something is off. There are three things to do first, and none takes more than a few minutes.

- 3Run a practice symptom check so you know how it feels.
Add a pet
Open Add a pet and enter species, breed, birth date or age, and weight. Breed and age let Vetta tune its questions and thresholds, so a senior cat and a young Labrador are treated differently. You can add past vaccines, medications, and conditions now or later. Multi-pet households on Family can add as many pets as they like.
Run a symptom check
When your pet seems off, start a symptom check. Pick the pet and what you are seeing, then answer two short questions. Vetta gives one clear next step: wait and watch, call your vet, or go now, along with what to watch for. Every check is saved to the record so you and your vet can see the history.
Reminders and records
Add each vaccine and medication with its schedule and Vetta tracks the timing, nudging you before anything lapses. Every visit, lab result, and prescription lives in one timeline you own, no matter which clinic it came from. Turn any record into a clean one-page summary to bring to your next visit.
When to still call your vet
Vetta is built to get you to a vet sooner when it matters, not to keep you home. Call your vet or an emergency clinic right away, without waiting on an app, if you see any of these:
- Labored or open-mouth breathing, or pale, blue, or grey gums
- Collapse, a seizure, or sudden weakness in the back legs
- A swollen, hard belly, especially with unproductive retching
- Repeated vomiting with blood, or an inability to keep water down
- Any known toxin: chocolate, xylitol, grapes, lilies, antifreeze, human medication

Your data and privacy
Your pet's records are yours. We encrypt them in transit and at rest, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete everything at any time. Sharing a record with a vet only happens when you choose to, one tap at a time.
